My fiance arrived at the embassy for 7am. He and his son were called up and someone looked over their paperwork and directed them to the cashier to pay his son's visa fee. They were directed to sit and were there about an hour before being called up again. After that they were asked to sit again and were there about 15 minutes before being called into their interview.
Once my fiance and his son got into the interview, they asked questions about how he met me, when was the last time we saw each other, what is my father's name, where do I live and with who, how often does he see his son, and who does his son live with, why does he love me and want to marry me, where and when do we plan on marrying?
He said that the whole thing did not take long and there were there about 2 hours total. They approved both my fiance and his son and told them to go to the RBC office on September 24th to pick up their passports. All in all, it went very smoothly and quickly.
Others that I know who have gone through PAP have had to wait a long time before being seen (one had to wait 6 hours). I was told, through emails with the embassy, that it is up to the interviewer weather or not the fiance(e) will be allowed into the interview and you will not know until the fiance(e) is called into their interview.
