I waited there for almost 4 hours. I was the last of 15 people. Some people got a green sheet of paper with things missing. Only one girl had her visa denied because she stayed in the US illegally in the past and didn't have a waiver. The interview only lasted for 1 minute, yes, 1 minute. The consul asked when I met my husband, when and where we got married, if my husband had lived in Rio, what did he do during his staying there. And, he said, your visa has been approved! You are all set 
Now i have to wait for the passport to be delivered to my address.
I am so happy!!!
It was completely underwhelming!!!!
