My husband arrived at the consulate by 7:30am. With a boat load of proof of our on going relationship. First let me share a brief history about ourselves. My husband and I applied for the K1 fiance petition before and it was sent back to the USCIS on January 2009. So we decided to get married in Feb, and I resumbmitted a CR1 Petition. It took less then 30 days to get NOA2 for CR1. However, I did send in a rebuttle letter of how I felt the consulate was wrong in making the decision she did back in January 2009, but I also pointed out some of the questions that was asked to my husband was not answered correctly either. One of which was why did i fly back to see him in 2wks of leaving the first time. He said part of the correct answer but he should of went more into details. So it's important to take some of the ownership of how a question should have been answered but not saying that it was a good enough reason for my case to have been sent back the first time.
At 9am a Moroccan man called my husband into a small room. My husband only spoke English to him, well needless to say this Moroccan man did not like it at all. He was fearious. He said to my husband "you were just here, and now you are back fast" My husband replied that it might seem fast for him but we had been together for 2yrs, so this is not fast to try to be with the love of your life. He then asked what if he doesn't get his visa. My husband told him that we will never give up on trying because we love each other so much. He then asked why don't I come to Morocco and live. My husband response was that I could never have the career in Morocco that I have in America.
A young White male interviewed my husband. This time they had phones which made the interview more private. He was so kind to my husband we could not of had a better experience this time around. However, my heart still goes out for people that have a hard time with getting their spouse's here. All i can say is never give up and keep the faith. If your love is real it will endour the test of time of this cruel journey.
