My interview was scheduled for 10am, so i arrived just before 9 to be on the safe side. I was in the waiting area just after 9. I had read from a lot of people that I should bring a book, but to be honest, it was way to hard to concentrate with numbers being called out every 30 seconds!! So I gave up on the book. I had a long wait, cos I wasn't called to the first window until 10:45. I had to hand over:

2 passport photos
Passport
Birth Certificate (+ copy)
Police check (+copy)
I-134
2008 Tax Return
Employer Letter
Recent bank statement (showing stocks and their values)

I then had to give finger prints, and pay the visa fee at the window right beside mine. When I returned, I was given back my X-Ray and given a pink slip to fill in for the visa courier, and told to return to the waiting area.

My next wait was only for about half an hour, when I was then called up for my interview. I was asked:

What countries have your resided in for more than 6 months
What is my longest stay in the US besides my J-1 visa
What kind of teacher is Trev
When does he begin teaching

Congratulations, your visa has been approved! They didn't ask for any additional evidence, but I did notice that they looked through pictures that we had included in our orignal I-129F petition. So many people have said that the whole experience is a huge anti climax, but I didn't find that at all-I could have jumpd up and down when he said congratulations! So all in all, a bit of a wait, but I was out of the embassy by 11:30, and it was all worth it
