I was interviewed last June 23,.7:00 am appointment.
My experience..
I was inside quarter to 7:00am.Dont bring any electronic gadgets or else will ended up paying someone to keep while u are inside the embassy.i think its like 150.00.Dont forget the DS156/DS157 2 copies each,dont leave blanks.I get a queuing number at the booth.Wait for ur name to be call for fingerprint scanning.Then wait for ur numbers to flashed at queuing board and assigned window for pre screening(filipino)..They will ask all the documents like BC and MC(NSO SECPA annotated),NBI Clearance,Affidavit of Support,letters,emails,cards.pictures,phone bills and money transfer.I am annulled so I gave them my previous MC with annotated null and void,certificate of finality..The filipino pre screener asked vry basic questions like who is ur petitioner?his b-day,how many times he visited me?where we met?and reason of my annulment..Then she said for ur number again to be flashed at the queuing board.Then at 9:30 my number was flashed at room 30..She was a young black american woman.She didnt smile when I greeted her.She asked the same thing and asked where is my husband's tax return..I said"My husband didnt send maa'm but he made a letter of explanation,said "where?"i said at the second page maa'm.this is my worries cuz he has no supporting documents for affidavit of support.Then she read.my husband letter mybe touched her heart,I can tell cuz I cried too when I read his letter.And she took time looking at my previous marriage contract,pics and letter attached with the affidavit of support.She asked too what happened to the first marriage?I said he has new family now in the province and have a kid already..i saw her typing every word I said.Then she said"You wait outside at releasing section and YOUR VISA IS APPROVED"..I cant believed what I heard..I immediately stood up and said TY maa'm.at window 37 gave me back pics,letters,phone bills,appointment letter attached with pink slip and asked me to pay the AIR21 and said u can go home now..I believed that it all depends on every consul u will be dealing with.just be prepared and smiles alot though ur knee wants to give up with too much nervous and the AC that adds to ur chilling..hahahah!.
And btw there are some filipinas are suplada.they are more strict than the CO.And I met a filipina also thre that was grilled because they met at dating site in Davao.I can tell shes worried but she said shes just telling the truth.The Co said to her that she paid or her fiancee paid for that dating site.Plus they have big age gap,filipina is 22 and her fiancee is 46.And when I leave her she said shes not yet done,she will be having her second interview.I hope she passed though.For those who will be havin their interview.Be confident if ur relationships is true and the documents,nothing to worry.
I will rate them with 5..Waiting for visa now to deliver..
