All in all our experience here was fine. It did take a half an hour to actually get into the building, so plan ahead. Security was fine as long as you don't have a camera. The only problem I had (which is probably the same with all locations) was that we had an appointment for 8am and assumed that meant we'd actually be seen at that time. We were made to wait with about 50 other people who also had 8am appointments for an hour before we were actually seen. Our interview was fine- took about 20 minutes. It was far more casual than I expected and the questions were asked in a more conversational manner than being grilled. They tell you at the end of the appointment whether you've received your green card which is nice because you aren't left to wonder.
