We had three people during the interview process.
1. (VERY ANGRY ) Chinese Lady that was just tolerable. (Everyone we spoke with reported that she was this way. Including the very next day. I do not know why they have her working at this position.
Wife made it through this process and was very surprised.
2. An American Lady took the finger Prints.
The American Lady was very polite and very nice.
3. An American Man did the interview.
The American Man was very polite and nice.
Asked how we met, about our marriage, when it was and if we had pictures, We had two albums of pictures. Asked how many times I had visited. I had visited Six times. He was surprised I visited the number of times I did. It was a very pleasant interview.
We were very happy. I was awaiting my Wife in the Coffee Shoppe directly opposite the exit of the Consulate area. She came down and showed me the Orange sheet of paper and we both were so VERY Excited.
The fun was in the delivery process. They explain that it will take 2 days via express delivery. Watch out for Chinese holidays as this can delay the process to 3 or 4 days and possibly longer. In rare cases even much longer.
