Excellent service (considering how weird the situation is, this is not a US Embassy or building) don't expect to get there early and leave early. BE THERE EARLY (650AMish)and wait for your name to be called and they will assign you a name aftewards. If they don't call your name DONT WORRY just ask the guy what's going on AFTER he is done calling names. wait, wait and wait some more and the line will move (they have sitting for over 80 people inside) do yourself a favor and eat before, don't bring food inside..makes things easier. If you happen to be in Habana and want to go with your fiance(e) bring your passport (from my experience, THEY DONT CARE OR ASK HOW IT IS THAT YOU GOT TO CUBA) don't forget to bring your 131 USD or 121 CUC, if you want dont change your money outside, instead bring your USD to the interview that way you dont get ripped off exchaging the money outside (.92 vs .80....you do the math and no they dont exchange money inside, they just don't rip you off if you pay in USD) HAVE FUN AND GOOD LUCK!
