From what I understand from my Fiancee, her interview was very straight forward and pretty easy at the US embassy in Phnom Penh. She even said that the interviewer (a lady), even smiled and joked with her a little. Even with an ongoing Cambodian ban on marriages to foreigners, she was still approved with no problems. Overall a much better experience than we expected
