Biometrics - My wife has done biometrics twice here. Once for Adjustment of Status and once for naturalization. Both times we were the only people there. It took only 10 minutes and the staff was super friendly. The security guard said that you can come any time before 3 on the day of your appointment. I wouldn't go later then your scheduled time but we got in an hour early both times.
