Very pleasant experience. I was scheduled for a Friday afternoon, so the building was noticeably quieter. The usual security measures up at the front: have on hand your interview appointment paper and your ID to show the security personnel before entering, then prepare to place all your things in an X-ray bin and remove your shoes to go through the detector.
After that, I was directed to the third floor to check-in where they took a photo of me and scanned my left and right index finger. Then I was told to go up to the fourth floor, where the interview waiting room is at. I was called about 10-15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
Followed the IO into their office, and they had me take the oath, then sit down to start the interview. They did my civics test first, then the English writing and speaking portion. They proceeded onto going over my application, confirming details here and there, then asked me an abbreviated series of "yes/no" questions based off the end of the N-400 application.
I had a correction in my application that I was requested to sign off on, as well as on a form that indicated I was willing to swear the oath. After that, the IO printed off a piece of paper, said congratulations, and let me know that instructions were on the paper in the meantime until my oath ceremony schedule came in the mail.
Very easy interview, did not request for additional documents though I brought a ton! My application was marriage-based 3-yr, but not a combo, so I didn't have my husband come with me.
