The interview phase of the K-1 was a very fast process (less than 2 minutes), despite a relatively long two hour wait. Both the beneficiary and petitioner were present, but the consular office only asked to speak to the beneficiary.
Question asked:
1. Where/how did you meet?
2. Where do you plan to live in the U.S.?
3. What is your fiancés mother’s name?
4. Where does your fiancé currently live?
We were given the approval document immediately afterwards, with passport being shipped back with the visa in a few days.
