My case was a complex one. We got married in UK but registered our marriage UTAH. I was out of status in UK.
The interview was at 10 AM on 18th July. Didn’t queue outside, straight through. Was given a serial number by the receptionist.
First window: Asked for civil docs and about my status in UK . Told that it has expired. Nothing more was asked.
Second officer:
1. Arranged or love?
2. Why marry virtual? Why didn’t you Register it in the UK? - Told my legal status has expired, hence I can’t.
3. If I don’t issue the visa , what would you do? - Told my spouse and I would move to my country.
4. Wedding pictures?
5. How many people attended?
6. What does your spouse do?
Given 221g saying that he need more time to research as my case has some unique parts . Contact me in few weeks or less.( Was very ?)
Visa issued after 14 days?
