Rating: | Review Topic: K1 Visa
My fiancee went to the interview. All documents were collected and reviewed.
Interview was about 5 mins long.
Questions asked:
Have you ever had issues with the authorities?
How did you meet?
When was the last time he visited?
Have you ever traveled to another country.
She got approved, with God's belssing.
Quick Important Note: The K1-Visa Brazil consulate website says that the " Marriageable Statement Form" should only be signed during the interview. They gathered all the documents before my fiancée went to the interview, so she didn't have anything with her during the actual interview. In other words, even though the website says to only sign the documents during the interview, you should probably sign it beforehand. They told my fiancée she had to have it signed already. Very confusing, but just a heads up.
