We had our interview today and it all went very smoothly.

Our appointment was at 9.45 and since I know the lines being long, we arrived at 9.
The line was long, we waited for about 20min at the first line, then another 20min at the other one for security.

Inside the consulate, we had to go to window 22 first.
The officer there asked for the recent passport picture, passport and the address registration confirmation page.
All fees were paid already with the NVC, so we did not have to pay anything there.

Then again waiting, and our number was called to the next window.
This officer asked for the Birth certificates and marriage certificate.
The Affidavit of support she did not want to see, because it was available digital.
I had to scan my fingerprints and that was it so far.
Also got information for the kids citizenship, since they will get it immediately after entry.

Then again waiting for the actual interview.
For this interview I had to swear by oath that all answers are correct. I had to state my name, the kids names and she was asking if this is my first marriage, also if its my husbands first marriage. Since it was not, I had to present the divorce certificate and she asked when we got married. Also if these are the only kids from both of us.

She then only asked what my husband works and also what I am working. And thats it.

After a few minutes I got finally told that our visa is approved and I would get an email once they are ready for shipment.

All in all a pleasant experience and all were very friendly.
