On July 11 we arrived at 7:45 am and were seated outside, due to construction, in the compound. My wife had done the medical the day before, and there were no issues. We were number 13 but after number 4 was a called a man came out and asked who had been there the day before, which we had, so we,and the other K visa folks (and some others) were allowed into the waiting area. After about an hour we were called up to the window, and not even asked any questions. my wife had to "swear to tell the truth" and then we were told to come back at 4pm that day for the visa. So we showed up, and they kept everyone outside and at 4PM the same man came out and handed out the sealed packets and passports with the visas. Overall for us much easier than we had thought. now granted it took us one calender year from filing to get there but that was about what our lawyer said it would take
