Medical Exams - 09/13/2022:
Scheduled my appointment with Dr. Grillo via WhatsApp. She received me at 9 am at her office, checked my vaccines and suggested me to apply the ones that will be needed to do the AOS once I'm in the US, in my case was the flu one and the "doble bacteriana". She told me to go to a Vacunar instead of having the shots in la Trinidad as they were out of stock, which ended up being better as my medical insurance covered both 100% there. Headed to la Trinidad, paid for the blood exam $650 pesos, made the blood exam, went to the x-ray desk, paid for the x-ray exam $2000 pesos, made the x-ray. Went to Vacunar, got my two shots. Got back to the Doc's office, gave her my vaccine cards again and she did the physical exam. All good, she told me we will meet the next day at the embassy to get my envelope with the results.

Interview Day - 09/15/2022: Arrived to my appointment at the embassy 15 minutes before, waited next to the door without having to queue. There was a lot of people for getting other types of visas. I got inside the embassy, passed directly to the hall of the waiting room where a lady asked for my name. She had my name written down on a list, and checked it as I entered. Had to sat down, waited for one of the agents to call me by my name and they asked for all my documents:

- Original birth certificate and a copy
- Police certificate with the excepción al artículo 51
- Passport and copy of the bio page of the passport
- Affidavit of support form with my partner's IRS tax return to which I added a letter from his employer and a bank statement
- Relationship proofs (plane tickets, hotel bookings, pictures with friends and family, etc.)
- Envelope with the medical exams

She took all the docs and asked me to sit down again and wait to be called for the actual interview. They said my name, I passed to this small room where the consul was, she was very polite and friendly. The whole interview had the profile of a casual conversation that led to the following questions:

1. Where did me and my partner met
2. Where will we live
3. If I met his family, if he met my family
4. How does my family feel about me moving to the US
5. When was the last time I saw my partner

And after that she told me I was approved and that I could go to celebrate. Both the consul and the agent seemed very chill and actually interested in our relationship, which was very nice to feel after so much time waiting for this to be over. I would rate the whole experience with the US Embassy of Buenos Aires a 10/10.
