Interview questions --
* When and where did you and your petitioner meet?
* When did you get married?
* Where do you plan to move? (I gave the state where my spouse resides.)
* Have you or your petitioner ever been married previously? (My spouse had been married once before we met.)
> How did that marriage end?
> Do you have any document to show that? (I presented a copy of my spouse's final divorce decree. I had uploaded a scan to CEAC, but the document screener did not ask for the paper copy, so the CO asked for it.)
* Have you ever lived in another country? (I said that I traveled abroad for business trips and asked for clarification if that's what they're asking, so the CO rephrased.)
> Have you ever lived or worked in another country for more than 6 months at a time?
Notes --
* I arrived at the embassy around an hour before my appointment time, but the gatekeeper let me in immediately without having to line up or wait outside.
* The consulate staff were patient with me and other applicants who had trouble with fingerprint capture.
* Applicants who did not upload scans of the required civil documents to CEAC were asked to scan and upload the missing documents before they could be allowed to proceed with the CO interview.
* I retained my maiden name on my passport. The consulate staff did not question me about it.
* I presented a CENOMAR, instead of a CEMAR (Advisory on Marriage). The consulate staff were also fine with it.
