It was a piece of cake! The people are really nice at the consulate. My appointment was at 07.30h. We got there around seven, had to wait a little bit, but the line wasn't too bad yet. Once we received the number at the reception, we went through security and then into another building. There we had to wait about 30 min before my number was called the first time. I had to give the lady 3 pictures of me and she gave me an envelope and told me to put my address on plus the stamps and then to wait until my number was called again.
We waited another 30 min until I was called again. At this window the lady took the rest of my documents and told me what I will have to do once I enter the US. She told me the Consul will talk to me next. So I waited another about 30 min until I was called again. The Consul was really nice and the interview took all together about 5 min. He just took my fingerprints, asked me where I met my fiance and told me to have a good trip 
I was out of the Consulate by 09.15 and had plenty of time to go get my Medical done.
