So my fiance had her interview yesterday and I'm happy to say she was approved and will be soon traveling here! Having gone through a lot of research over the last month for the interview phase I just wanted to share a few suggestions that might help others when you get to this point.
-For the medical exam make sure that you get copies of your records and vaccinations at least 6 weeks before you plan to need them as you will need them at the exam.
-for scheduling appointments It seems that almost universally when you first look for an appointment you may see one that is only 3 days away or none at all. To attend the medical interview you need to show an appointment letter so you need to make sure that you make an appointment probably 2 weeks out in order to have time to schedule the exam. It took us about a week of looking almost constantly until my fiance found an appointment that was timed perfect to allow time for the medical before. I can't remember what day of the week but I think it was actually on a Sunday at night UK time when she finally found the appointment available.
-Be very prepared with everything you need for the interview. Check, double check, and triple check everything. Make sure that you have all supporting documents for the AOS i-134 and if either of you have been previously married make sure that your fiance brings copies of all divorce certificates to the interview for either or both of you.

Good luck to all still on this journey and hopefully some of this information will help!
