Rating: | Review Topic: K1 Visa
Well, I must say that from what my Fiancée told me about her interview, things went very well. We filed our paperwork with the California field office back in December for the K-1 Visa and time seemed to have flown by. The next thing we know, she was getting her packet from Bucharest. Let me stress this... The reason things went so well for us (without a lawyer) is because we were very thorough. We must have reviewed our paper work a hundred times before sending it back. Even when we filed the initial paper work in the beginning, we went over and over our paper work to make sure nothing was wrong. Hide nothing and be thorough and you are sure to get your Visa. As an American citizen, please do this for the right reasons, not to just get someone here. That is all we need is to have someone here that lied to get here. We have enough of those here. Over all, I have to give the Bucharest Ambassy an A+. By the way, we just got our Visa two days ago, they put a sticker in your passport. That is your Visa
