The interview went well over all.
We arrived early but ended up waiting all day.
We had thought we would be out before noon the first day so didn't have food and were getting pretty hungry and tired of waiting.
Then, later in the afternoon they told us we would have to come back the next day!
That caused some challenges for our schedule but we worked it out.
The next morning we got in within an hour or two.
When I (the US Citizen) went with my fiancée to the window to ask if I could sit in the officer sternly told me to go sit down in the lobby and wait!
He seemed annoyed that I would ask but it was maybe still good that I did so he knew I came all the way over to be with her during the interview.
He asked her (the petitioner) all the basic questions: When did we meet, how many times did we meet, how many children I have, were any minors when I was divorced before, what are their ages, what is my income, etc. Elizabeth said she was confident and knew all the answers well and so it went well.
The CFO interview we had to do later was MUCH more difficult and frustrating since they were asking for documentation that does not exist and seemed to equate being difficult with doing their job well.
