USCIS Office on Tradeport Dr.  Of course, staff is very helpful & may sound professional, but be aware!!! We had info pass appointment to get forms and to ask simple questions about procedures. We were given forms we're not eligible to file, officer seemed so confident - we didn't even have 0.000001% doubt (instead we should have gone to talk to an attorney) Make story short, one application (by the way it was approved by another "confident" officer) triggered deportation proceedings...Now we're having a hard ride. But the most upsetting thing: we trusted USCIS employees and thought highly about their confidence, hoped that they have proper training therefore have more knowledge than every attorney in town...Why even bother to call themselves Customer Service - they can't help even in simple situation? They should just refer everybody to attorneys directly, without screwing our lives Sorry for steaming
