Poorly functional embassy. Disorganized and not well informed of up-to-date procedures, not to mention incredibly slow. They do not acknowledge emails, ignore requests, and are ill equipped to handle the large workload that comes with immigration requests. Only positive was the lady who actually interviewed my husband was nice, so most of their problems are administrative and not due to any discrimination or rudeness like other African embassies.
