My husband had the interview and had to wait a long time in line due to Covid-19 restrictions and complications with them accepting the fact that my husband did not have the police certificate from where he was born (USSR - what is now known as Ukraine) since he doesn't have citizenship there and has never even been there since moving to Israel. The actual interview went fine and he was asked general questions about our relationship. I had prepared a stack of papers for the interview but no one even looked at them, not even the pictures I had him bring. Since I am living with my spouse in Israel I was worried about proving my intent to re-establish domicile in the US since all I had was my voting records over the years, Federal taxes filed, updated SS card, a place to live with family when we move and correspondence with family members and a close friend. I didn't have a bank account or driver's license or rent contract and I don't have kids so I didn't have anything regarding school registration to show them. But luckily I had enough for them apparently and my husband's visa was approved without problems!
Aside from having to wait 4 hours until his interview and having to stay out in the cold for 2 hours, it went good.
