My spouse got checked in through his Interview Invitation Letter. They did not scan any documents nor looked at the DS-260. We were applying for IR-1 spousal marriage visa. He went in and got interviewed for an hour. All they looked at was the marriage certificate, health information and pictures. They did not look at any other information. My husband received a green paper, meaning his visa was approved, and is expected to go pick up his passport in 15 days. He will be notified by via email and text message. Like the instructions, you had to register for consulate pick-up, and that is how you'll go pick up your visa.
