We had a great experience at the Baltimore local office. The officer who handled our case was very nice and showed interest in Spain and Ian's hometown and easily found topics to talk about to ease our nerves. I were nervous since we are a gay couple and you never know how people can react to it. Overall, the experience was good and comforting.
