Interview was held in the midst of COVID-19.
I was lucky my interview date was a day before new restrictions started again so I’m not sure if the embassy is still scheduling interviews right now.
Was informed not to arrive early due to covid and to keep distance.
Arrived 5 min before my time and there was no line as the only person before me entered the moment I arrive.
Everyone was friendly and things moved really fast.
Went in and was called to the counter where an officer checked my documents and did fingerprints and given the brochures on domestic violence to read.
Then after that about 15min wait for my turn.
During my turn the officer was friendly and asked
How we met, when did we decide to get married, dates of wedding/ marriage, who attended it, describe the marriage. And looked at the wedding album I brought.
Asked about where I planned to live at, and asked about in laws.
I was a little nervous and actually forgot marriage date (LOL)
Anyways,
After checking through, officer said all looks good and will approve it.
Informed that there will be processing and it will take up to two weeks or more.
And reminded to travel before it expires.
In total took about 30-45min from arrival till when I left the embassy.
