With our case, we asked to expedite twice at the NVC stage. And even called the Embassy to speed up the interview date which they were GRACIOUSLY to accept to give me an emergency interview appointment.
The entire interview process at the Embassy took less than 2 hrs. I brought a long my spouse and two children but they never asked for them.
In general, the staff at the Seoul Embassy were very nice and professional. With COVID, they worked at a very low pace and kept the distancing well regulated.
At the interview, they asked typical questions such as how/where we met, how long we dated before getting married, where we got married, who our cosponsor is, what our plan to do in the US, where we plan to live, did I live overseas before and where, where my hometown is etc.
No congratulations or anything but just a simple 'your case is approved.'
Super nice that the interviewer said your visa will be available with the courier within 3 days (since I asked if I could get my visa in hand asap due to housing and visa visa deadline that we needed to get out of Korea).
