Office is easily accessible, we had an appointment early in the morning and had some breakfast nearby.
Once inside it was a short wait, 10-15min past the 'starting time'.
Officer was friendly and professional, reassuring as well. She explained the process very well and answered questions we had about what was to come next.
Even informed us how to prepare for i751.
