Overall, it was an OK experience. We got there, and they were a bit delayed. We waited for a while. THen they finally called my husband's name. The consul was strict, and the interview lasted for 45 minutes. He asked him various times who the co-sponsor was, and what was his relationship to him. Then, he asked me to come in, and he asked me about my daughter. Basically wanted to know why I didn't file a consular report of birth abroad, and I told him (numerous times, because he repeated the question) that it was because I didn't meet the physical presence requirements. He told us right after the interview that we were approved. The passports were mailed out pretty fast.
