We had our interview on 2/25/2020 at 1pm.
We had to wait for about 10 mins before being called in for the interview.
The interviewer for us was a nice lady in her 30s.
We were very nervous when we went in, but she made us comfortable, was very polite and was smiling which made the interview easier and as smooth as possible.
Interview Details:
She went over our application, making sure if everything was in order and if we wanted to add any new information etc.
(We decided to add our 2019 W2 and paystuds (after the application was sent in), we didn't want to take any chances as the new rule was in place since 2/24/20)
She asked us about how we met and how long we have been together before we decided to get married.
Also asked me about my education (since I entered the US on F1) and if graduated (I was able to show her my I-20s and diploma as well as OPT and Stem OPT EAD card).
That was pretty much it, the whole interview lasted about 30 mins, but at least 20-25 mins was going over the application we had submitted.
At the end she was able to approve my application
As of 9am on 2/26/20 (next morning), my case on USCIS website is showing approved.
