I arrived at the embassy half an hour earlier, immediately passed the check and entered the consulate. They gave me the number and kindly asked me to wait. My interview was scheduled at 10:45 and just at that moment, a kind gentleman called my number and told me to give him all the original documents listed in package 4. He asked me what my fiancé do for living and I said that he is police officer. He took me a birth certificate, (original with translation), police report, same original with translation, passport, photo, evidence of relationship that I cut into cd (pictures, messages, phone calls) birthday card from my fiancé, western union payment receipts, plane tickets from travel (mine and his) affidavit of support (but he promptly returned me tax return, bank statements and confirmation that he was working explaining that they didn't need it because he is a police officer) and told me that they had received a medical report earlier. He spoke Serbian. Then he asked me how we met and when, how many times did we see each other afterwards and where, he asked me if I was married, I said no, but my fiancé was and he asked me for proof of divorce, I handed him over copy of divorce ,he asked me if we had children, no. - He told me to sit down and be called later. After that, I paid the $ 265 fee and gave my fingerprints. After almost two hours of the scheduled interview, the interviewer called me and asked me when we met, where, he asked me why we correspond in English if my fiancé already speaks Serbian (his parents were born in Serbia) and I said that We correspond in both languages ​​because I am learning English and he is improving his Serbian. He asked me when the fiancé was born, with whom he lives, where we traveled and who financed the trips, what his job was and whether he worked a lot. Then he said that everything was fine, that everything is real and realistic, that he was very comfortable talking to me, that my visa is approved, BUT would be issued when we provided them with the original divorce document by regular mail. (They did not want to accept the copy) And they will let me know when to come for my visa. The interview was in English, it lasted a short time, the interviewer was very pleasant and smiling, he wished me good luck in America. I left embassy 12:40
