Arrived at the interview early. Woman conducting the interview was very professional. Reviewed all documents and asked a lot of questions about my past marriage and age difference. Everything went smooth until the end. They returned her passport and stated that we needed to provide proof of our text messaging history to prove the relationship. Hundreds of pictures, travel documents, passport stamps (we had traveled together for vacations) and it still wasn't sufficient. They didn't deny it, but gave us a 221g and told us to bring back the information along with the passport. Over the next couple of days we sent in, what we thought, was sufficient copies of our text messages only to be continually told that it wasn't enough. Finally, on the 3rd attempt, we provided our entire 4 year chat history. At this point we were approved and were allowed to turn in her passport for issuance of the visa. Though I thought it excessive to provide over 400k text messages, I'm thankful we kept them all.
