As more reviews here state - embassy takes time to give you any notice - my reccomendation is to wait approximatelly 2 weeks after notice that your petition left NVC and call embassy 257 022 415 with the info that they probably have already got your i-129f petition. They will ask about your email adress and email you P3, which is just one piece of paper with simple instructions (see bellow). Next day I would reccomend calling them again saying that you have everything ready and you'd like to schedule your interview (for US embassy in Prague they schedule interviews over the phone). Make sure you leave at least a week between medical and interview. At the medical, they were able to schedule soon after I called (call to 224 220 040).The day of the interview - I had it scheduled on 1:30 pm, you need to let your all electonical devices at the entrance, then proceed upstairs, get a number like at the post office, then you they will call you to handle all the required documents, then paying fee 265 dollars (or czech crowns) - you need to pay it just with cash, but there is also ATM inside of the embassy. The interview itself was really pleasant! The American man I talked to was kind and friendly, he asked me some basic questions like what was my petitioners name, how did we meet, if I have ever been to states - I described him my travels ending up speaking about football game I went to and ended the interview after like 5 minutes saying that everything looks great and they will hapilly issue my visa.

INFORMATION ABOUT MEDICAL EXAMINATION
All intending immigrants are required by United States law to undergo a medical examination which must be performed by an Embassy designated physician in the country where the applicant is processing his/her visa.
In Czech Republic, these examinations are performed Monday – Friday after 8:00am at the following locations:

Please make an appointment with the doctors. Please bring your passport, 4 passport sized photos (for czech IDs, not american format), your complete medical history(you do NOT need to get it translated to enghlish cause the doctor is Czech) and, if possible, vaccination card. Mine doctor spoke Czech.
The entire medical examination includes a chest x-ray and a physical and mental evaluation. Children under the age of fifteen normally don't need the x-ray and the serological tests, and pregnant women don't need the x-ray. Upon the completion of the tests, the physician will evaluate your state of health and complete the required form. Any fee in conjunction with all tests and examination will be at the expense of the applicant. The regular examination is usually completed in one week.
Your medical exam results will be provided to the consular officer at the U.S. Embassy. The medical examination is normally valid for six months from the date the exam is completed.

We have received your approved petition from National Visa Center. If you have all the required documents ready (according the list below), you can contact us to schedule an appointment. List of required documents:
• Valid passport
• Birth certificate – original + copy
• Divorce certificate if any – original +copy
• 2 photographs 2x2 inches (5x5cm)
• Medical examination report (according to the Information about Medical Examination) from one of our panel physicians
• Police report form all countries you lived for more than 12 months
• Forms DS-160 (https://ceac.state.gov/genniv) – please bring the confirmation page with the barcode
• Marriage ability statement
• The fee $ 265.00 or equivalent in Czech Crowns (both in cash only) to be paid at the Consulate before the interview
• Affidavit of Support (Form I-134)
