we arrived at 530 am everyone for appointment was told to go to line at 630am. At 7am was told to open envelopes. checked in. wait begun 13 windows.. at 1215 called to window 11.. The nice old man not much hair. Very nice, he talked to husband as a friend talking to friend conversation . He wanted to see logs, emails, He looked at logs a while ask if he knew what certain phone numbers are.. some he said no. looked at emails ask one ? about a conversation laughed, together. it took 5 mins. ask him to return to pick up visa and date he gave, lol my husband said excuse me sir I plan to leave with my wife she is outside waiting.. The man was so Happy to here I traveled all the way from Georgia to be there to suppport him . My husband said he took back appointment to pick up visa Changed the date so he can pick up earlier . Husband said he could hear other ?'s being ask of others at windows, some was so mean and ask so many diffrent ? so serious when speaking. He said some got stressed with? ask.. But if you do not let them get to you, You will be fine , just be yourself.... This man has a big heart.... I wish we could give him a gift but thats impossiable....
