We were in and out of the office in under an hour; from our scheduled appointment time. The officers were very professional and reassured us there was nothing to worry about. My partner studied the 100 questions and knew them well; the majority of the time is spent going over the application. One question that has changed slightly pertains to being arrested; they also ask if you have ever received a traffic citation.
