So we arrived around 7:30am and waited across the street. My husband appointment was scheduled at 8am. At 7:45 they called his name and a few others and instructed us to go to line 3. Like others have mentioned there is a women to check your documents
Birth Certificates
Marriage Certificate
2 passport photos
Police certificate
Medical Exam
(for us my Divorce Judgement from my previous marriage)

Next they send you past security and inside a women at a table check your documents again, highlights your name on the paper and she sent us immediately to the windows behind there another women scanned all documents, sent us back to the women at the table to get a number.
This all took about 20 minutes.

Then we sat in the waiting area for his Visa interview the wait was about an hour.
It was not a requirement for me the USC to attend the interview but I wanted to accompany my husband to the interview for support. I am glad I did because they interviewed us BOTH!.
When she seen us both walk up she immediately asked my husband
Who is with you? My wife
What's her name? He gave her my name
Does she live here? No, she lives in California

Next she walks away from the desk , brings back a Domestic violence paper for my husband to read

Then she asked him a few more questions
Does she have kids?
Do you have kids?
How did we meet?
How many times have we met/trips?
Which one was the longest?
What are my kids name?
What are their ages?
then she asked to speak to me and asked

How did he propose?
Have he met my family? When and where?

then she typed everything in the computer and explained to us that everything looks good and he was Approved.

I checked the CEAC website later that might and Visa was already Issued.
