Phoenix AZ | Review on June 11, 2019: | twoDs

We are K1 filers that went through EAD/AP biometrics and AOS through the Phoenix office. While processing times appear to be very slow in Phoenix, the actual office itself appears to be well-run. In both our biometrics and AOS visits, everyone was nice, friendly and professional, and we have nothing at all to complain about.
Our case officer made a point to put us at ease, and went through all the interview questions thoroughly. He combined some of the questions (especially all those "are you communist" ones) so that one "no" covered all of them to save time. Our interview was mostly just a conversation where he watched how we interacted.
We were a bit surprised on our AOS visit by the length of the security line. It wasn't huge, but it did take us about 10 minutes to get through due to a number of families being processed. During our biometrics visit security probably didn't even take a minute to get through. Definitely make plan to arrive early just in case.
As others have noted here, the building itself is accessible and has tons of parking available. They keep the AC turned down pretty low, so even in the summer if you're sensitive to cold you might want to have a light sweater around just in case.
