ASC Appointment:
My wife had a Saturday (10:15 AM) appointment. We got there around 9:30 AM and basically just got in in line and was ushered in, where all the documents were reviewed. Waited for about 20 minuted until it was my turn. They asked for her passport and DS-260 confirmation, they put a sticker on it. They asked who was petitioning her and took her fingerprints. They then reminded her of her consular interview appointment time. That was it.

Consular Interview Appointment:
We attended this appointment together. We were called in about 45 minutes early (7:15). They checked all the documents before passing through security and placed a sticker on the both of us. We then passed through airport-like security and were sent to another document-check station. We were asked to take a seat and waited for about 10 minutes before being called to window. The lady took all of my wife's documents and organized them. She also opened the medical paperwork and scanned them. She then proceeded to place a big clip on all my wife's documents and hand them back. We returned to the second document-check stations, where we were given a number and sent to another area to wait for interview. We waited for about 30 minutes to be called. The Consular Officer did not want to talk to me, he only spoke to my wife. Questions about my wife's previous U.S. residence status and our relationship were asked. The interview lasted maybe 10 minutes, wife did a biometrics signature on DS-260 and we were told we were approved. We entered at 7:15 and left at 9:20, our scheduled appointment was at 8:00. I can't complain, it was a lot faster than expected.
