The office is well organized and fairly easy to navigate, and employees were very willing to provide help when asked. We did end up waiting a very long time after our scheduled interview time to be seen (over 2 hours) but once we did get in, the process was very smooth. Our officer was very friendly but still professional, and I believe the interview took around 40-45 minutes. We received our approval just over a week after our interview.
