I attended the Hartford, CT office for my AOS biometrics on April 19th 2019 (Good Friday). I was surprised it was open, but it was!
I arrived 15 minutes early, I handed my ID and appointment letter to reception and was quickly fingerprinted and photographed.
I was the only person in the whole office! Everything ran smoothly, the staff were friendly and I was done in 15 minutes.
Now comes the very, VERY long wait to receive the EAD/AP, let alone the AOS interview.
