Review Topic: K1 Visa

Took my K1 visa interview two months ago in Seoul, South Korea. I got there like 30-40 minutes early. They only allow you to bring one electric device but since I was staying in a hotel close to the embassy I didn't even bring my cellphone. I probably waited 2 hours total to be interviewed so be prepared. Seemed like some officers would talk in Korean if the applicants don't speak good English but they were also asked questions like "how do you communicate with your fiance then? google translator?", "would you marry him if you get approved? and would you not marry him if you don't get approved?". I kinda felt like they could question the relationship with language problem so I'd personally recommend to prepare your interview in English. This officer who interviewed me was nice and friendly. Only asked like 5 questions but most of them were related to my American fiance like what he does for living, does he make enough money to support me and things like that. At the end of the interview he said my visa is approved and I'll get it by mail in 7-10 business days but it only took me 3 days until I got it.
