The embassy was very organized, professional and efficient. My wife's appointment was at 8:45am. I arrived with her and our son at 8:30am. My wife was called at about 9:15am after a couple of others before her to go to window 7. I helped her carry all of our supporting documents but was instructed to stand aside as it was my wife's interview. Spouses are allowed to be there but I respected the request and moved with our son to the back of the room. The guy at window 7 went through her documentation and said everything was in order.

A bit later a lady called my wife to window 6, had her swear that everything she said would be truthful. My wife remembers the following questions:
- When did you meet your husband?
- When did he move to Singapore?
- When did you get married?
- Have you been to the USA before and when?
- When was your son born?

That was basically it. She was told that her case was very straight forward, but unfortunately Fullerston messed up her paperwork and put the wrong place of birth so she was instructed to keep her passport and mail it with Aramex upon request after the embassy received the updated medical report. We found it odd that she was told to keep her passport and the guy at window 7 told us that 4 reports were incorrect from Fullerton that day alone (what is it with this place?).

We went to Fullerton and explained our frustration that despite calling them several times the week before to ensure proper delivery of an accurate report and the horrible reputation that they have, they still screwed it up. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, professional, and worked hard and fast to get it corrected. Fullerton was able to send an updated report the very next day (March 21st). The day after my wife got a request to send her passport to the embassy by dropping off at Aramex (March 22nd). Why they didn't just keep the passport was beyond me? The embassy received the passport on March 26th and the visa was issued on March 29th and Aramex delivered it to our home on April 2nd.

Note:
- We tried our best to get ahead of the known Fullerton incompetence but still were not able to succeed in avoiding their ultimate mistake. My wife and I went down in person the week before to ensure a timely and accurate submission. Of course this did not happen.
- Spouses are allowed to be in the building during the interview but not present at the window. I thought this was very fair and was only there so we could go to lunch and celebrate after and to provide a cosponser AOS if there was any concern about using assets (there was none).
- We used assets as I have been working in Singapore in a job that will not be paying me upon my return to the USA. I was able to submit this without needing a cosponsor.
