Took about 20 minutes total. I recommend sitting close to the reception desk so that you can more easily hear the immigration officers call your name.
My experience mirrors those of most reviewers. The immigration officer came out and called my husband's name. He greeted us warmly and had me (the US citizen) come with him to his office first while my spouse remained in the waiting area. He asked me various straightforward questions about him: full name, date of birth, parents names, where we met, how long we've lived together, etc. He then brought my husband back to join us and asked him pretty much the same questions. I recommend making sure you know things like your exact wedding date, birth dates and such before going for the interview. Everything went well and he told us we should find out the result in 2-3 weeks but didn't see anything that should prevent a successful outcome. And that was that. I was very nervous beforehand but in the end it wasn't that big of a deal. I checked the USCIS app several times that afternoon and by 6pm I saw that our case was updated to "A New Card Is Being Produced". Yay! At long last we were finished.
