Very respectful, amazing communication, willingness to take our case from another embassy, responsive, timely, appropriate questions asked during interview, overall a breath of fresh air in a very stressful and long process. Cannot say enough good things about this embassy and staff. Extremely positive experience. They are doing great work and providing life-changing service to American citizens and their loved ones.
