The interview went really well. We were the first to arrive (we got there at 6:30 am) and waited outside until they opened at 7:45- 8:00. Getting early paid off since we went through the check-in process and interview first. After we received approval (9:30 am), we went to the courier to arrange to have the passport and visa delivered at our hotel in Rio. The visa was delivered that Friday and we left Brazil the following Monday. Everyone at the US consulate was very kind and courteous. Make sure that you have all of your documents in order and it will be a breeze!
