Review Topic: K1 Visa

My fiancee just left the embassy about an hour ago..... WITH AN APPROVAL!!!!! I am going to try and put as much info in this review as I can, but you have to understand I was getting information from a crazy woman so happy she was crying, and so in shock she didn't know what to do. I will update this review as more info become available, but I have a good understanding of how it went down.

Her appointment was for 7am at he embassy. She arrived really early at a little after 6am. She messaged me telling me she was waiting outside, and we chatted back and forth a little bit. They started lining people up by Visa type at about 6:40 am. K1's in this line, CR1 here, Tourist visa here based on your appointment time. My fiancee was second in line for the K1 visa line. About 6:50am or so she messaged me she was on the way in. She got thru security a little after 7am, and went to get her paperwork reviewed at a counter and from what I can tell she was assigned a number and told to wait for it to be called. She waited about an hour for her number to be called and she went to the window, and they told her to go to window number something and she walked over to the window.

She said it was a middle aged guy who greeted her and was very friendly right from the start, he asked her how her English was, and she said OK, but not the best, so he suggested they do the interview in Thai. He asked her when we met and where ( November 2016), asked her how many times I visited her ( 3 in Thailand, Once in Dubai), asked her where I lived ( Las Vegas, NV), and asked her where I work ( That's G13 Classified... Sorry). He said you have plenty of evidence here already and I see you brought some more, but I'm convinced, your approved, you will have your visa in about a week, have a nice day. 3 min. total interview. Maybe 5 if you count the first few min. saying hello.

She messaged me when she left just shy of 2 hours from entry to exit. She said everything was running pretty smooth and their didn't seem to be any problems other than sitting there waiting for your turn with nothing to do but think.

Overall a good experience and I am going to throw a 5 star rating here based on her experience and from what she has told me so far. I will return to update if anything changes.
