I have nothing but amazing things to say about all the staff at the Montreal consulate. They were patient, helpful and very effective at their jobs.
I arrived at the consulate at about 7:30 and was the 7th person for the K-1 process. I was out of the consulate by 9:30am!
The questions were straight forward and the interview lasted only 2.5 minutes.
A few things to note - the fee is $131.00. A lot of people thought it was $100 but they have raised it. They will NOT accept any Canadian cash.
No electronics, big bags or food and drink are allowed inside. They are very very serious about this.
As i said though, everything turned out great and I got approved on the spot!
The consulate in montreal gets a 10 on 5 from me, a great experience!
