We had a really good experience overall when going on for the interview. We were scheduled for 9:45, but we got there a bit early. We went in at about 9:30, went through the security check and were told to check in. The immigration officer was already waiting for us at the window, and he told me that I would go in with him and later he'll bring my husband in too. We went into his office, I was sworn in, and then he checked my identity (passport, drivers license, fingerprints, photo). Before we started, he let me know that he won't be able to give me approval on the spot because the original K1 application was missing from the file and he had put in a request to get it from another office. He then went over my application asking for my name, date of birth and confirming a lot of information I had put in initially. Most of the questions had yes or no answers. He then asked about how my husband and I had met. That was it. No need for any of the documents I prepared, they did not even talk to my husband. We were in and out in half an hour. I felt relaxed and at ease and it was a very enjoyable experience.
